Doctoral Fellowship for Palestinian Students in Cultural and Social Anthropology - University of Milan-Bicocca

The doctoral program in cultural and social anthropology of the University of Milan-Bicocca offers a 2024 doctoral scholarship reserved for Palestinians students residing in the West Bank, Gaza Strip and Israel, as well as Palestinian refugees in other countries*. The program welcome proposals in all the fields of cultural and social anthropology with an interest for researches that deal with history, politics, religion, gender, health, art, migration and issues related to labour, environment, resources, and media. A background in socio-cultural anthropology and the social sciences, though not mandatory, is an asset.   

The call is now open and closes on July 9 2024. The successful candidate will start the program on November 1 2024.

*To be eligible for this scholarship, an identity document (e.g. passport or ID card) certifying residence in the aforementioned territories or attesting to refugee status must be attached to the application.
